This Ruminant of the Vines, coming from the large manseng grape harvested late, hence some residual sugar, raised two years without bottling, this wine with huge aromatic volume, long and persistent, with spicy mouth, will remain for decades. Maturation in ungrounded barrels with formation of a veil.
