Visionary, Lionel Raymond decides to convert the entire vineyard into an organic operation. With nearly 250 hectares certified organic, the estate is now the largest independent organic wine farm in France. Beyond organic farming, this farm conveys a whole set of values, transmitted with the fervent desire to produce exceptional authentic wines.

This 2016 vintage is a wine that surprises both by its airy and crunchy side. This red wine has a nice garnet-like color. It is made up of two varieties: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Malbec. Its finesse and complexity are expressed in aromas of black fruits. Its powerful structure is never overflowing and it is accompanied by tannins with a great sweetness.
