The Mas de Lunès is the first estate of the Jeanjean family, acquired in 1936 by Maurice-François and Paul Jeanjean, respectively 3rd and 4th generation. The estate extends over 47 hectares today, located on the plateau of Aumelas surrounded by 1000 hectares of scrubland.
Made from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache, this 2013 vintage offers a complex nose mixing aromas of red fruits, spices and garrigue. On the palate, it presents a beautiful balance with a silky structure extending to a mentholated finish.
Gold medal 2015 at the Concours des Grands Vins de France in Mâcon.
