The emblematic Cave Coopérative Bourguignonne La Chablisienne offers its UVC brand. It pays tribute to its origins, the fusion in 1947 of two cellars, to create «Union des Viticulteurs de Chablis». Practicing upstream with its winemakers, a viticulture attentive to the terroirs, winemaking and raising its Chablis wines in respect, the Union of Chablis Winemakers offers a rich and complete range of wines presenting perfectly all the greatness of the Chablis terroirs.

This 2012 vintage reveals a pale gold color, clear and brilliant. The lively and energetic palate, lemony, does not betray the nose marked by citrus and minerality. The tension stretches to the finish, long and tasty, fresh, spicy.
