Union des Viticulteurs de Chablis

The emblematic Cave Coopérative Bourguignonne La Chablisienne offers its UVC brand. It pays tribute to its origins, the fusion in 1947 of two cellars, to create «Union des Viticulteurs de Chablis». Practicing upstream with its winemakers, a viticulture attentive to the terroirs, winemaking and raising its Chablis wines in respect, the Union of Chablis Winemakers offers a rich and complete range of wines presenting perfectly all the greatness of the Chablis terroirs.

This 2020 vintage has a pale gold color, brilliant. The first nose quite discreet revealing notes of sweet spices (vanilla). After opening, more fruity aromas appear (pear juice) with a slight hint of vegetable, lemon. The palate is fresh with a well balanced acidity. The whole is simple and greedy with a beautiful energy.
