From the Court of the King of France to England, Germany and Imperial Russia, champagne Chanoine Frères is served on the noblest tables. It was from 1787 that the Maison Chanoine Frères forged strong commercial ties with these royal courts that would last for centuries.

Rich in this past, the Maison Chanoine Frères wished to pay tribute to the young women of the Russian nobility bold and courageous who participated in the international influence of Champagne during this exciting century that was the Enlightenment.

Thus was imagined the Tsarine Champagne.

Composed of 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, this cuvée with delicate bubbles reveals an intense yellow color, with brilliant reflections, with a persistent cord. The assembly of the 3 grape varieties of the champagne carries an intense olfaction on notes of white fruits compotes and flowers of the honey meadows. Notes of milky sweet almond also invite with elegance. The palate is balanced, homogeneous and fluid. The pleasure is immediate thanks to the silky side of this wine and its consistent acidity.
