Champagne Millésimé

Dom Ruinart

2005

Bottle (0,75L)
White
Brut

This cuvée was produced by Maison Ruinart, the oldest champagne house founded in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, nephew of the Benedictine monk Dom Ruinart.

This 2005 vintage Ruinart brut champagne consists of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, all from great and first crus of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.

It has a bright hue of intense gold, as well as some green reflections.

The mouth is complex, with a very nice structure that emphasize the ample attack and lively finish. As on the nose, the marine notes support those of white and yellow fruits like crunchy pear or quince.

Complex on the nose and structured in the mouth, it will perfectly accompany fish dishes accompanied by spices such as a cod back with curry and coconut milk.

Please note : Sold with its box set in perfect condition.
