La Reine Pédauque is a historic signature of the Corton André House, a venerable trading-breeding house in Aloxe-Corton since 1923. Owned since 2003 by the Ballande group, it joined the Béjot group in 2014, based in Meursault and headed by Vincent Sauvestre. The oenological follow-up, until then provided by Ludivine Griveau, now manager of the Hospices de Beaune, is led by Matthieu Cararra.
This 2009 vintage is fine and elegant. It is already enjoyed very pleasantly because it is at its peak. We find in the glass a beautiful palette of fruity aromas, including cherry and raspberry and small notes of cocoa on the finish. A very pretty 1er cru from the Savigny-lès-Beaune appellation.
