Published in limited quantities, each Rare Champagne vintage combines three essential parameters: a truly atypical year, the expertise of the Cellar Master, and the maturation time in optimal conditions. This reveals the unique personality and infinite longevity of this truly exceptional champagne.

In more than forty years, Rare Champagne has declared only fourteen vintages, all published in limited series, according to drastic criteria of excellence.

Rare Champagne stands out for its notes of sweet spices and fresh tropical fruits, sometimes candied, its smoky accents, attesting to the minerality of chardonnay, rooted in chalky soil, enhanced by exotic harmonies.
