La Fruitière Vinicole Voiteur was created in 1957 and brings together 55 members-winemakers for 70 hectares of vines.

Château-Chalon is the cradle of yellow wine. Considered by the most eminent oenologists as one of the best white wines on the planet, the Yellow wine of the Jura surprises, even displeases, but never leaves indifferent. Unique in the world of white wines, Château-Chalon is drunk chambered. Its longevity can easily exceed a century. A unique wine, unique bottle: it is presented in the famous clavelin with a capacity of 62cl.

This vintage is complex, powerful and fine, the specific terroir brings a unique freshness and minerality that makes oxidation very subtle. The citrus notes allow it to accompany a curry or a dish of morels or truffles.
