This red wine “Dominique” under the appellation Bordeaux Côtes de Francs comes from a clay-limestone terroir, facing south, the most continental of Bordeaux.
Located north of Castillon and in the extension of Saint Emilion, this small appellation has not finished surprising us!
The Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec grapes come from vines that are 40 years old on average.
Half of the ageing takes place in barrels and half in vats for 12 months.
The respect of the environment and the control of the yields offers us a balanced wine, round and suave.
