Domaine Yvan Réglat – Cru Champon

The Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée de Loupiac, in the Bordeaux region, produces sweet white wines that have nothing to envy to their neighbors located on the other side of the Garonne, Sauternes and Barsac. Here too, the Semillon is the master wine, sometimes blended with Sauvignon Blanc or Muscadelle.

This 1996 vintage presents a powerful and bright gold color that reveals a very complex and greedy nose of candied fruits, honey, roasted fruits but also gingerbread and broom. The acidity of Semillon allows to balance the presence of residual sugars and bring an exceptional lightness to this great white wine.
