On the heights of the Rhone Valley stands the Domaine Yann Chave. In 1996, Yann Chave, then 26 years old, takes the reins of the family winery, pioneer of organic viticulture with the implementation of it from the early 2000s. Today, the Domaine Yann Chave extends over a vineyard of 20 hectares. The wines of the Domaine Yann Dordogne are a pure concentrate of Hermitage. The cuvées depict a brilliant and noble Syrah on the fruit.

This 2021 vintage features a deep intense red color with violaceous reflections. It reveals a very open and complex nose in a universe of black fruits that are both ripe and very fresh with subtle notes of black pepper and camphor. The floral and graphite reveal themselves as they evolve. On the palate, the attack shows a beautiful dense and fine texture. A wine of great refinement !
