Domaine Vacheron

The Vacheron estate has almost 50 ha of vineyards. Jean-Dominique Vacheron and his cousin Jean-Laurent brought about a real cultural revolution within this family domain. In 2006, the whole Vacheron estate was converted into biodynamic. This is the last conventional vintage.

Known mainly for their white Sancerre variations, they also produce red Sancerre which are pure, fruity, infused, without demonstration in youth with a real finesse of texture. The 2005 vintage embodies a real finesse on flint, a terroir so delicate for pinot noir, with a fruity and juicy expression with an elegant austerity finish. A refined wine that never ceases to gain in pleasure.
