In 2005, Sylvain Loichet took over the estate located in the heart of Burgundy, which he wanted to evolve by refocusing the vineyard towards an organic agriculture, respectful of the terroirs, the ecosystem and the consumer. The estate now covers more than 8 hectares of vines located north of the Côte de Beaune, on the Côte de Nuits, on the villages of Chorey-lès-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Ladoix, Comblanchien, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vougeot.

This 2017 vintage is a model of balance and refinement. An explosive nose of peppery notes, black berries, with a silky touch of mouth like a tafffetas. The signature style of Sylvain Loichet. It is a racy, complete and powerful wine. It therefore requires a longer aging in bottle to release its bouquet.
