Les Belles Filles

In 2005, Sylvain Loichet took over the estate located in the heart of Burgundy, which he wanted to evolve by refocusing the vineyard towards an organic agriculture, respectful of the terroirs, the ecosystem and the consumer. The estate now covers more than 8 hectares of vines located north of the Côte de Beaune, on the Côte de Nuits, on the villages of Chorey-lès-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Ladoix, Comblanchien, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vougeot.

Located on the village of Pernand-Vergelesses, the plot «Les Belles Filles» is on top of the steep slopes exposed to the east just next to the Premiers Crus. This 2015 vintage has a mineral frame typical of the appellation. With a tense character, this wine develops aromas of white fruits in the mouth with good persistence.
