Since its creation, “Les Vignerons de Buxy” has been the embodiment of the solidarity and passion of the winegrowers of the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais. This cooperative, born of the union of winemakers, is today an essential pillar of Southern Burgundy.
The colour of this 2010 vintage is oriented towards a violet or even purple color, and slightly bright. This Givry Premier Cru is aged in oak barrels. Its nose reveals typical aromas of Pinot Noir, such as griotte and blackcurrant. On the palate, notes of liquorice and spices appear. Over the years, leather flavours are felt.
