Domaine Soupé is a family estate of 15 ha led by brothers Frédéric and Jean-Michel Soupé since 2012. Spread over several municipalities located to the east of the Chablis vineyard and planted exclusively with Chardonnay grape, the plot of Domaine Soupé is fragmented over nearly 8 km offering the opportunity to reveal the unique potential of each of these climates.
This 2020 vintage has a beautiful bright yellow colour, a nose with hints of acacia and fresh fruit, a full mouth full of saline and iodine notes. Minerality and vivacity are the signatures of Domaine Soupé !
