The Vandelle family arrived at L’Étoile in the 1880s. Philippe and Bernard have been settled since 2001, at the bottom of the village, where they cultivate 16 ha of vines. A sure bet for the L’Étoile appellation !
Composed 100% of Savagnin, this 2015 vintage has been able to take full advantage of the white marls which allowed to preserve the character of the grape variety and the terroir. Raised under sail for 3 years, it is delicately spiced on the nose. Powerful and mineral in the mouth, it offers a finish with fresh nuts.
