Domaine Paul Benoit & Fils

After working in different areas of the Jura, it was in 1976 that Paul Benoit decided to set up his farm in the town of Pupillin. Initially, 3ha are grown on different terroirs, then gradually as opportunities grow the vineyard. In 2000, his son Christophe joined him on the farm which now has 9ha and offers a very wide range of wines as the Jura.

Opulent and full of nuances, this 2000 vintage is the result of a thoughtful blend. It features the grace and subtlety of Chardonnay, with an aromatic palette rich in fresh fruits such as citrus, peach, and white flowers. These flavors are harmoniously complemented by the nuances of hazelnuts, nuts and toasted almonds brought by the association with the Savagnin.
