La Canière

Very old family farm passed down from generations, the house was taken over in 1983 by Patrick Miolane aged 20, and now works alongside his daughter Barbara since 2005. They both manage a 9-hectare estate, located in Saint-Aubin, which also extends over the municipalities of Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet.

This 2014 vintage reveals, under a beautiful golden color, notes of fruit with white flesh on a discreet woody background. Centered on peach and honey, the palate appears fat, round and of good length. The aromas are characterized by a complex range, combining the expression of the Chardonnay grape, with shades of white flowers and toast.
