Domaine Nadège et David Boulet

The Domaine Nadège and David Boulet is located in Juliénas, on these magnificent hillsides that have made its reputation. Born into a family of wine growers from father to son for four generations, Nadège and David Boulet have been working 12 hectares since 1993. The estate is made up of fifty-year-old vines, which they cultivate, vinify and market with their own hands.

This 2006 vintage is superb in its intense garnet robe, and its pretty nose of red fruit jam and vine peach does not lack seduction. The mouth is full, gourmand, with a round and ripe texture and small jammy notes. The tannins, marked in his youth, have allowed him to age well. He is ready to drink !
