Domaine Monluc

This vintage 2000 is an oxidative UFO for lovers of this type wine, a marvel !

Initially, it is a sweet white wine made from Gros Manseng, a Southwest grape variety specific to the Côtes de Gascogne and Jurançon. In its youth, it is a slightly fruity wine with a very light yellow color, a discreet and elegant nose. On the palate, it is gourmand, light, with a beautiful freshness on citrus notes.

And there, as if by miracle, the slow oxidation of this wine during all its years of cellar becomes a quality !

The balance of the wine is perfect, in alcohol as in freshness. The aromatic intensity and its finesse are preserved. The citrus notes have evolved into dried fruits. The wine remains generous, always airy, with purity and enhanced by the sweetness of Gros Manseng.
