Founded in 1972 by Robert and Yvette Michelas, this farm has no less than 54 ha divided into four appellations. The children – Sylvie, Corine, Florence and Sébastien – are now in charge. Regularly in sight for its crozes and horns, the estate has been in organic conversion since 2019, favoring for several years the reconstitution of hedges and the sowing of plant covers.
This 2015 vintage, faithful reflection of a warm vintage, reveals generous aromas of overripe black fruits, cherry brandy and liquorice. Aromas that enhance chocolate notes in a dense, full, silky and concentrated mouth.
