Domaine Mas Belles Eaux

The estate was named «Belles Eaux» because of the many springs that flow around the Mas. These add a nice freshness to the wines of the Mas Belles Eaux. Located in Caux, in the heart of the hillsides of the Peyne valley north-west of Pézenas, the estate has a farmhouse and vaulted cellar built in the 17th century.
Made from Grenache and Cinsault, this 2017 vintage has a brilliant salmon pink colour. The nose is delicate and fresh, on fragrances of red and black fruits such as strawberry, redcurrant and blackberry, are also present floral and spicy notes. On the palate its texture is fine, ample and lively, complemented by a net aromatic and gourmet texture.
