Domaine Loustalé

It is a brand of the Cave de Gan. Founded in 1949 at the foot of the Pyrenees, it has become, over time, an essential site in Béarn. Close to Pau, Lourdes and Biarritz, it invites you to discover the vineyards of the Pyrenean foothills, their history and traditions. With nearly 300 winemakers, the Cave de Gan plays a major role within the AOC Jurançon. Committed and respectful of its terroirs, it operates 750 ha of vines, including 45 ha with its own team.

This 2005 vintage offers a cuvée dominated by large manseng, with small manseng in addition. The discreet nose evokes fresh fruit on a toasted and buttered background. The palate is well balanced, both round and fresh, fruity and woody with measure.
