Domaine Latrille – Astéria

An iconic property of the AOC Jurançon, Château Jolys was created in the 1960s by Pierre-Yves Latrille. Half a century later, with 30 hectares of vines and the most advanced technical facilities, Château Jolys was one of the first independent properties producing Jurançon.

Today managed by its two little daughters Claire and Camille Bessou-Latrille, the Château Jolys’ philosophy is to produce wines of pleasure, with respect for family know-how and the environment, through reasoned agriculture.
This Jurançon has an intense nose of exotic fruits and white flowers, a fresh mouth with notes of apricot, honey and passion fruit. It is a perfectly balanced, silky and fleshy wine.
