Established in the hamlet of Poncey in Givry, this estate entered the fold of La Cave Coopérative de Buxy in 2007. Since that year, La Cave Coopérative de Buxy manages it independently with the help of Laurent Grosbois, head of culture.
Hemmed in gold, this 2001 vintage exudes sweet scents of toast and dried fruit mixed with fresher notes of minerality, highlighted by lemongrass and hawthorn. The palate is distinguished by its balance between richness and freshness, without predominance of acidity. A very elegant and harmonious bottle.
