The Adam family combines a commercial activity and production from its own vineyards. For several years, Jean-Baptiste has been refining his work on parcels of land, accompanied by his daughter Laure and her husband, Emmanuel Bogen, head of culture.
This 2011 vintage is very elegant, charming, fruity and exudes a great personality. The nose is fresh, floral and very fragrant evoking notes of rose water, fresh mango and spices from the East. The mouth is pure, round and enchants the palate with its sweetness and creaminess.
