Domaine Jacques Tissot

The estate covers 30 hectares, divided into AOC Arbois and Côtes du Jura. The son of a winemaker, Jacques and his wife Michelle were able to highlight the characteristic features of Jura wines. Their children, Philippe and Nathalie, have now taken over the farm. Thanks to this complementarity, this new team has been able to bring modernity to production and develop traditional circuits with wines referenced in prestigious houses and tables.

This 2014 vintage reveals a yellow color with orange reflections. An intense nose exhaling complex aromas of candied fruit, apricot, caramel, candied orange and honey. A mouth revealing a nice balance between sweetness and an amazing freshness. Very persistent finish with notes of dried figs. Superb wine with finesse and roundness that gives it a lot of elegance.
