Domaine Francine et Olivier Savary

The estate was created in 1984 following a happy marriage. Indeed, it brings together 2 of the oldest winemaking families of Chablis. Francine Bachelier, originally from Villy, brought land and know-how over 200 years old. Olivier Savary, with a winemaker and oenological education, shows a real passion for wine. With a strong culture in the sector, he brings all his know-how and knowledge to the field. Proud of its heritage, the vineyard today consists of 20 hectares on the various crus of Chablis.

This 1999 vintage has a pale color with golden highlights. Its nose offers a bouquet of white flowers and citrus, flint and beeswax. It is fresh and dry, offering a characteristic mineral return.
