Founded in 1978, the Domaine Fougeray de Beauclair is a family business. Today, Patrice and Laurence Ollivier manage the 17.5 hectare vineyard. They make a point of honor to make quality wines which allowed the different appellations to position themselves very quickly at the level of the largest Burgundian estates. This family business has made its organization a major asset, surrounded by a united and competent team added to a family dimension.

A carmine robe with ruby reflections, this 2010 vintage reveals a delicate nose where the notes of wood harmonize with a bouquet of crisp red fruits. Whole and powerful, rich, full-bodied, body and spirit, this wine is affirmed on a firm structure, tannins that play on velvet, expressing itself on a very fine grain, without hardness. It is however and above all a wine of guard.
