The new century has just begun, with the arrival at the Domaine Fouassier of the tenth generation, which will bring a new dynamic of operation and cultivation of the vineyard to the estate which now covers almost 56 hectares planted with 80% of the noble and very old grape variety Sauvignon.

The Domaine Fouassier leads a traditional and artisanal culture of the vine, striving to respect the environment as much as possible. The key word being respect for the terroir, Biodynamie has imposed itself on the vine as well as on the cellar since the early 2000s, under Biodyvin certification.

This 2014 vintage has a bright yellow colour. It reveals an exotic bouquet of mango, honey and a mouth almost fluffy, balanced on the razor’s edge by a light pearl that brings pep to the whole. It is a wine surprisingly intense, fat, strong in aromas and personality. It has typical notes of Sauvignon but above all has a remarkable balance with a mineral terroir signature. A flexible final !
