Poruzots

Famous winemaker of the Côte de Nuits, Dominique Laurent created with his son, Jean, an estate in Flagey-Échezeaux, the neighboring village of Vosne-Romanée. They exploit 11 hectares in the magnificent terroirs of the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits.

Poruzots comes from “Porroux” (stony place). On this very rocky soil, Dominique Laurent produces a wine with material, full and silky in the mouth, it is carried by a beautiful acidity.

This 2023 vintage develops citrus notes, dried fruits (almond, hazelnut), vanilla as well as white and yellow fruits on the nose. The palate is round, opulent, fresh with notes of white flowers. The finish is delicate and persistent.
