Les Hervelets

The Derey estate has 20 hectares, spread over the municipalities of Dijon, Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey Chambertin. Maxime, the eldest son, took over the reins. He is committed to the absolute respect of good practices of reasoned viticulture. In this sense, he has just strengthened the team to support the commitment to the most environmentally friendly technologies.

This millmésime 2017 is from a terroir classified 1st Cru on a village still very unknown. A complete wine of an exceptional level. The climate “Les Hervelets” confirm once again the greatness of this terroir: smoky notes and cherry pits, juicy and spicy elongation, penetrating flavors. Its early character and its melted breeding make it already irresistible.
