The Derey estate has 20 hectares, spread over the municipalities of Dijon, Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey Chambertin. Maxime, the eldest son, took over the reins. He is committed to the absolute respect of good practices of reasoned viticulture. In this sense, he has just strengthened the team to support the commitment to the most environmentally friendly technologies.
This 2017 vintage offers a nose on the crunchy fruit. We will find aromas of red fruits such as cherry and strawberry and black fruits such as blackcurrant and blueberry. In the mouth, it is long and keeps a beautiful power.
