Domaine de Montgillet

The Domaine de Montgilet was created in the 1880s, and now owned by the Lebreton family. The estate enjoys a well-established national reputation today, bringing ever more care to the production of its wines. The Domaine de Montgilet produces mainly wines in the Coteaux de l’Aubance appellation, from a selection of noble rot, declined in five cuvées depending on the sugar content of the tris and their parcel provenances.

This 2016 vintage has a yellow color nuanced with green reflections that gradually give way to amber shades. Behind the first notes of white flowers, this cuvée offers a whole bouquet of fruits. Quince jelly, candied apricots, passion fruit and pineapple mingle on a background of honey. The finish has a balance of great freshness: minerality sugars and acidity.
