The Domaine de Mauperthuis extends over forty hectares of vines around Chablis, in the Burgundy appellation and planted mainly in Chardonnay on grounds facing south, enjoying exceptional sunshine. The low yields allow the terroir to express itself fully to give a very good concentration and minerality associated with white flowers in Chardonnay and tangy and exotic fruits for Sauvignon.
The 2014 vintage reveals the soul of the terroir. It enchants with its aromas of white flowers (hawthorn), and its minerality. Its fresh and flowery mouth allows to discover its complexity.
