Since 1895, in the heart of Roussillon near Rivesaltes, between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, the Domaine Cazes has 220 hectares that give birth to 14 different wines every year. Diversification brought about by a desire to learn and try new experiences on the region’s many different terroirs. Domaine Cazes has opted for the gradual conversion of the vineyard to organic farming. Since 2005, the entire vineyard is converted.

From the Syrah and Merlot varieties that evolve on a terroir of rolled pebbles. Pebbles that capture the heat during the day, and restore it in the evening offering each grape a beautiful early maturity for rich aromas of spices and fruits walls. This 2020 vintage is balanced with aromas of red fruits that can be found in the mouth, embellished with notes of liquorice. A gourmet wine with fine, delicate tannins that has a remarkable balance thanks to its beautiful acidity and freshness. Long finish slightly peppery.
