Domaine Camus Père & Fils

Camus Père & Fils is a family estate renowned for making wines that fully express the terroirs of Gevrey-Chambertin For more than 200 years, the estate of 18 hectares (including 2/3 in Grands Crus) operates among the most beautiful parcels of the Côte de Nuits: Mazis-Chambertin, Latricières-Chambertin, Charmes-Chambertin and Mazoyère-Chambertin.

This 2012 vintage has a pretty deep garnet color, as well as a nose with pleasant notes of cassis, liquorice and cocoa. On the palate, it is gourmand, powerful with woody aromas and a beautiful persistence in the finish. This Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2012 must be kept for a few more years so that it expresses all its potential and refinement.
