Domaine Borie la Vitarèle

Founded in 1990 by Jean-François and Cathy Izarn, Borie la Vitarèle is 18 hectares of vines in the AOC Saint-Chinian conducted in organic and biodynamic since 1998. Day after day, they protect the biodiversity of the area in a global approach to life. Key producers of Languedoc, they continue to create wines of terroirs, unique and authentic that reflect the music of a singular place, necessarily inimitable.

This 2014 vintage is a real wine of sun, it reveals itself on rather aromatic aromas of red and black fruits of a beautiful maturity. Then comes the aroma of olives, sweet spices, scrubland and violets. Balanced in the mouth, velvety texture, full bodied and fleshy tannins with a certain finesse. Beautiful silky finish and beautiful persistence.
