The Cuvée Jeu de Mains comes back crazier than ever !

Imagine a wine entirely made with the hands…

After the harvest, the grapes are directly put in oak barrels for 10 to 15 days of maceration. Between the pigeage and the hand winding, it’s more sport than wine! All this so that juice and marc meet in a perfectly choreographed dance. Then, as soon as the fermentation is completed, the grapes are pressed by hand and the wine is placed in oak barrels for 12 months.

It’s intense, but it’s worth it. The result in the glass is explosive !

A 2022 vintage full of finesse and elegance entirely handmade. Ruby red in color, a nose evoking notes of cherry, blackberry, toast, wild strawberries, pepper. The palate presents a supple and fresh attack with a fruity, fleshy matter and silky tannins
