The sparkling dress of Dom Ruinart 1998 is characterized by a yellow green color decorated with delicate golden reflections, and accompanied by fine dynamic bubbles. On the nose, the bouquet generously expresses scents of white flowers, mixed with fruity touches of pear, plum and peach, characteristics of the vintage. After aeration, the bouquet of Dom Ruinart 1998 gives way to sweeter and more gourmet notes of pastry and chestnut. The whole is underlined by a powerful minerality. On the palate, flavours of exotic fruits and ripe fruits dominate, expressing a wonderfully balanced wine, between freshness and smoothness.
