Created in January 2002, Alliance Loire is today an essential and efficient group, bringing together 7 cooperatives of producers from the Loire Valley. Every day, the organization sought to be more daring in order to invent the cooperative model of tomorrow and make it a model of progress and performance, solidarity, modern, dynamic, innovative and above all profoundly human.

This 2016 vintage is adorned with a beautiful yellow gold color with shiny reflections. The bubble is fine and persistent. The nose opens with notes of candied lemon, yellow peach, mint and pastry cream. Hints of toasted bread and mocha are revealed in finesse. Creamy effervescence. The palate is voluminous and has a wrapped structure. The finish is persistent on notes of dried fruits.
