Clos Trimoulet

For 6 generations, the Appollot family has been operating this wine estate in the heart of this prestigious Saint Emilion appellation. Le Clos Trimoulet is a family property par excellence. Today, Joël and Alain continue to perpetuate this activity in the tradition.

Made from a blend of Merlot (80%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), this 2015 vintage has a rather strong ruby color with some reflections. On the nose, it develops aromas of red fruits such as blackcurrant, gooseberry, mixed with some woody notes. On the palate, its attack is frank and elegant, offering a beautiful balance. It is a wine with a lot of charm.
