Harvested by successive tris, Monbazillac is a very elegant sweet, which reveals a powerful bouquet with nuances of acacia honey and spices.
Since 1994, Sylvie and Yann Jestin of Château Vari, produce on a clay-limestone terroir, frank wines of character, well balanced and of great finesse. Out of a total area of 22 ha, 14.5 ha are intended for Monbazillac production.
