Château Smith Haut Lafitte

Located in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation, Château Smith Haut Lafitte is one of the oldest castles in Bordeaux. Nicknamed the «Graves des Graves», the estate was acquired in 1990 by Florence and Daniel Cathiard, with the ambition of bringing it to the top of the appellation. Château Smith Haut Lafitte has been a Grand Cru Classé since 1991.

This 1992 vintage presents itself as a Grand Cru Classé, powerful and complex. Its exceptional aromatic palette ranges from flowers to brioche, through citrus fruits, white fruits and mineral notes of flint.
