Since 1983, the quality of these wines has returned and recent vintages have proved promising. It is to Philippe Déjean and his son Thomas that we owe the return to the foreground of Château Rabaud Promis, classified Premier Grand Cru de Sauternes in 1855.

This 2007 vintage will seduce you with its notes of exotic fruits, mango, papaya, quince marmalade, caramel and baked apples. A certain minerality emerges in the final offering a nice verticality.
