Château Plaisance – La Dodeline

This cuvée is silky, velvety and gourmet. The Chateau Plaisance, 18th century Chartreuse on a very beautiful property of about forty hectares, once belonged to the famous Bordeaux restaurateur Dubern. Since 2005, the destiny of Château Plaisance is assured by Philippe Magrez, eldest son of Bernard Magrez, who knew how to link modern techniques of oenology to the best Bordeaux wine tradition. This vineyard is located on a hillside in the shape of a circus with a steep slope and facing south. It therefore benefits from exceptional sunshine and high temperatures, allowing a total ripening of the harvest.
