Château Moulis

Founded in 1936, the AOC Moulis en Médoc is the oldest of the wine appellations of the Médoc, on the left bank of Bordeaux. Located between Margaux and Saint-Julien, Moulis is also the smallest since it extends over 600 hectares of vineyards.

Renowned for its regularity, the Château Moulis delivers a very convincing 1994 vintage. The wine is distinguished by its finesse, energy, aromatic balance and perfectly softened tannins. The nose has a wonderful typical Médocain notes of blackcurrant, blueberry, dried flowers, fig, iron, humus and black truffle. In the mouth, the attack is soft and freshness is preserved thanks to a tannic structure softened but always firm and well shaped. The long finish confirms the generous and full-bodied character of the wines from the left bank, a clear success !
